"I scheduled a session with Judy after a brief online zoom presentation, where she was a panel participant.  During that online conference I knew I needed her help. I called, scheduled an appointment that led to sessions. Judy did something I believe no one else did and that was to have me unpack my grief.  I knew something was wrong within me, I didn’t know what. At the end of exercises and her listening to me as I went through my unpacking and the suggestions she offered me, I can truthfully say I’m better than back to my true self. My soul got lighter and I can move forward without looking back. The long sorrow of not just my Dad’s recent death but all past deaths of family members has become light. All that remains are the memories of the great times we had. I thank Judy for her guidance and helping me get from under the shadow of death and sorrow to the see that there is Light!"
